Effective September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BrokerSheet.ca ("BrokerSheet," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when Canadian mortgage and real estate professionals ("you," "members") use our website and application to generate co-branded financing sheets and manage open house sign-ins.
Account information you give us when you sign up or update your profile: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage/company name, profile headshot, and company logo.
Property and sheet data you manually enter to generate a BrokerSheet — such as a property address, price, taxes, and heating costs. BrokerSheet does not pull this data automatically from any MLS or listing service; you enter it yourself.
Payment information, processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Open House Check-In information: when you use our check-in feature, we collect the name, email and/or phone number, and consent status of the attendees who sign in at your open house, on your behalf. You are the party responsible for this attendee information — see Section 4.
Usage and technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically to operate and secure the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run BrokerSheet, under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it only for the services they perform for us:
Open House attendee information collected through your check-in page is shared only with you, as the member who hosted that open house — never with other members or third parties.
When you collect attendee sign-ins through BrokerSheet, you are the party directly responsible for that personal information under Canadian privacy law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). BrokerSheet acts only as your service provider, storing and displaying that data on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact any attendee after check-in (such as the consent your attendees give at sign-in) and for honouring any request from an attendee to withdraw consent or be removed from your records.
Your data is stored using Supabase's hosted infrastructure and delivered via Vercel. We use industry-standard technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls restricted to your own account data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and sheet data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent for its use, and request its deletion, subject to legal and contractual limitations. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate secure sessions. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
BrokerSheet is intended for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals and is not directed at, nor do we knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date, and material changes will be communicated to you directly where appropriate.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information can be sent to support@brokersheet.ca.
